Workflows

Keep every claim moving with tasks, appointments, pipeline stages, and a findings review queue. Claim Health points to the next action, and a cross-claim queue shows what needs attention now.

Tasks & appointmentsA review queueNothing slips

A next step on every claim

Claim Health reads each claim and names the single next action. Add tasks with priorities and due dates, schedule appointments, and move claims through clear stages, so the whole team knows what happens next.

  • Tasks with priority and due dates, per claim.
  • Claim-scoped appointments and reminders.
  • Pipeline stages from intake to settlement.

Catch the gaps across your whole book

Findings flag what is missing, conflicting, stale, or unverified on a claim. A cross-claim review queue gathers them in one place, so your team works the risks first instead of discovering them late.

  • Findings by category and severity on each claim.
  • A firm-wide review queue to triage across claims.
  • Confirm or dismiss findings with a reason, all audited.

Keep appointments and follow-ups on track

Inspections, calls, and deadlines pile up fast across a caseload. Claim-scoped appointments and the per-claim timeline keep everyone on the same page, so nothing slips while a claim is in motion.

  • Schedule and track appointments per claim.
  • A dated activity record on every claim.
  • The whole team sees what is coming up next.

Common questions

How does the review queue work?

Findings flagged on individual claims, what is missing, conflicting, stale, or unverified, are gathered into one firm-wide queue so your team can triage across claims and confirm or dismiss each with a reason.

Where do findings come from today?

From deterministic scans of each claim’s completeness checklist. Automatic conflict and anomaly findings generated by a model arrive with the AI phase and are marked as not yet available.

Can I assign tasks to specific teammates?

Yes. Tasks carry a priority and due date and live on the claim, so the whole team can see what needs doing and by when.

Does it send automatic reminders?

Scheduled reminders and recurring digests arrive with the background-jobs phase. Today you track appointments and follow-ups directly on each claim.

Does it sync with my calendar?

Not yet. Appointments are tracked in-app today; two-way calendar sync is on the roadmap and clearly marked as not available.
