What is Adjusterio?

Adjusterio is an independent platform that helps property owners organise an insurance claim and, if they choose, find a licensed public adjuster. It is not an insurer, a public adjuster, or a law firm.

Is it free for policyholders?

Yes. Organising and tracking your claim, searching the directory, and using the calculators are all free. Adjusterio is funded by firm subscriptions, and we never charge property owners.

Do you contact insurers on my behalf?

No. Adjusterio organises your claim so you understand it and can act. You, or a licensed public adjuster you choose, deal with the insurer directly.

Who can see my claim and my contact details?

Only you, anyone you invite, and a firm you explicitly connect. Firms in the directory do not see your claim or contact details unless you share a request with them.

What is a public adjuster, and how is it different from the insurer’s adjuster?

A public adjuster is a licensed professional you hire to represent your interests in a property claim. The insurer’s adjuster represents the insurer. A public adjuster typically works for a percentage of the recovery, which varies by state.

Do I have to hire an adjuster to use Adjusterio?

No. Many people use Adjusterio to manage a claim themselves. If you decide you want help, you choose who can see your claim and contact you.

What does verified mean on a firm listing?

It means a reviewer checked the firm’s licence against official records, and the listing shows the evidence and the date it was checked. Verification is never bought, and it is not an endorsement or a guarantee of outcome.

Is anything here legal, insurance, or financial advice?

No. Information on Adjusterio is general in nature and is not advice or a determination of coverage. Always confirm a licence and your coverage with your state department of insurance.
