Can my adjuster see everything automatically?
No. Documents are private to your claim until you share a specific file. You stay in control.
What happens to an unsafe file?
It is flagged and kept locked. A file has to pass the scan before it can be shared or downloaded.
What kinds of documents should I keep here?
Your policy, photos and videos of the damage, carrier and contractor estimates, inspection reports, receipts and proof of expenses, and any letters from the insurer.
Can I stop sharing a document after I share it?
Yes. Sharing is reversible. You can revoke access to a document at any time, and it becomes private to your claim again.
Is the Document Vault free?
Yes. Organising your claim documents is free for policyholders. Adjusterio is funded by firm subscriptions.
