Client portal
Work the claim with the policyholder, not over email. Message them in context, share clean documents, and grant scoped, revocable access to a second firm when you need a second opinion.
One conversation, on the claim
Message the policyholder right on the claim, so the thread, the documents, and the facts all live together. No more chasing a detail across three email chains and a text message.
- Firm-to-policyholder messaging attached to the claim.
- Share a clean document the moment it is ready.
- Internal notes stay private to your team.
Bring in a second opinion, safely
Grant another firm scoped, optionally expiring, revocable access to a single claim, for a second opinion or co-counsel. A grant lets them view or collaborate, never take over, and you can revoke it at any time.
- Share one claim with another firm, read-only or collaborate.
- Set an expiry, and revoke whenever you want.
- A grant never makes the other firm the tenant of your claim.
A calmer experience for your clients
Policyholders are anxious and under-informed during a claim. Giving them a clear view of their claim and a direct line to you builds trust, cuts the status-update phone tag, and makes your firm the easy one to work with.
- Clients see where their claim stands.
- Fewer status-update calls and emails.
- Trust that turns into referrals and reviews.
Common questions
How do policyholders join the claim?
When a claim is connected to a policyholder, they can see it and message you on it. A formal invite-and-consent flow for connecting a policyholder arrives with the auth phase and is marked as not yet available.
Can the policyholder see my internal notes?
No. Internal notes stay private to your firm. Only messages and documents you choose to share are visible to the policyholder.
What can a second firm do with a grant?
Exactly what you allow: read-only to view, or collaborate to help edit. A grant never makes them the tenant of the claim, and you can set an expiry or revoke it at any time.
Can I grant access to a specific person?
Firm-to-firm grants are live today. Granting scoped access to a specific named person arrives with the auth phase and is clearly marked as not yet available.
Is the client portal secure?
Access is deny-by-default, your firm is tenant-isolated, shared documents are scanned, and every action is audited. You control exactly what each party can see.
